Warwickshire and Solihull Community and Voluntary Action is recruiting a HR Administration Officer

Salary: £25,235 per annum pro rata
Hours: 25 hours per week
Duration: Maternity cover until 30th September 2024

Warwickshire and Solihull Community and Voluntary Action (CAVA) are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to provide maternity cover from mid-late November until 30th September 2024. The organisation is a small – medium sized charity with on average, 40 employees per annum. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will form positive relationships with the wider management teams and HR Consultant. The role is suited to people seeking an office based or hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate should be CIPD level 3 qualified, have preferably 2 years minimum work experience in a similar HR role, is self-motivated and has a flexible approach with the confidence to work in a team and alone. You will be able to work on your own initiative, maintain confidentiality and reliability; have good organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks on schedule.
