Salary: £28,325 per annum – pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Duration: Permanent subject to funding
Location: Hybrid working and flexible working hours

CAVA is seeking a Community Builder to work with residents in the Clopton and Bishopton communities of Stratford upon Avon, to connect and strengthen both communities and reduce social exclusion.

The post holder will listen to the needs of these communities and support them in coordinating and building new initiatives. The aim is to improve links between services, local groups, new initiatives and the community, and to enable increased community activity.
