The following partners may access the framework ad hoc if they require the services offered, Coventry City Council, Coventry and Warwickshire CCG, George Elliot Hospital, Coventry Warwickshire Partnership Trust and South Warwickshire Foundation Trust. There is no guaranteed requirement or spend from these partners.

Warwickshire County Council vision is “Communities, individuals, and organisations are able to make their views heard and are informed and involved in decisions and policy process and changes that will affect them”.
The Framework will ensure participation, involvement and co-production with individuals and communities in the planning, design, commissioning, delivery, review and evaluation of health, social care, and Warwickshire County Council services for residents in Warwickshire and support WCC to embed evidence-based practice.
This Engagement and Co-production multi-provider Framework will:
- supply specialist expertise to deliver direct engagement and co-production activities with residents of Warwickshire, with reference to the relevant services and
- build the capacity of the Warwickshire County Council (WCC) workforce to embed engagement and coproduction work as an integral part of day-to-day practice within all elements of commissioning cycle and ensure a consistency in how it impacts on and improves lives across Warwickshire.
The Engagement and Coproduction service will support:
Lot 1: Engagement and coproduction activities with customers that received and access services and potential future customers of services.
This could be based on the:
- specific services and/or people with specific health and social care needs/conditions
- People transitioning between services e.g., young people into adult’s services
and /or
- Customers groups –to include but not limited to:
- Children up to 16 years
- Young people 16-25
- Children and young people with disabilities
- Parent/carers/families
- Adults with disabilities
- Adults with enduring mental health conditions
- Vulnerable adults
- Older people
- People affected by specific equality act protected characteristics:
- Whole population.
Lot 2: Training and WCC workforce development opportunities to change cultures, create consistent messages and embed engagement and coproduction work across all activities of WCC and key stakeholders.
