Salary: £21,812 per annum pro rata

Do you have experience of working with volunteers, giving advice & signposting individuals and organisations?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be based in Rugby, this exciting role requires excellent communication skills and must be able to relate to people at all levels i.e clients, statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations. You will be facilitating the promotion and development of volunteering within Rugby Borough.

The successful candidate should have experience of working with people with high support needs, working with volunteers, an understanding of the value and ethos of volunteering and giving advice or signposting individuals/organisations.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team are essential for this role.
