Salary: £27,396 per annum pro rata

Do you have experience of successful fundraising and providing support to community organisations?

We are seeking a dynamic and community-minded individual to be based in Rugby Borough, this exciting role requires business skills and a passion for the voluntary and community sector. You will be supporting a service focused on tailored approaches to improve sustainability and impact within communities.

You will have a strong track record of diagnosing organisational challenges and developing action plans. Establishing networks, partnerships and peer support is also key within this role as there will be a geographical focus and delivery around community hubs.
