Do you have experience of managing staff, volunteers and providing group development and funding advice?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be based in Nuneaton & Atherstone, this exciting role requires excellent networking skills and high level of presentation skills.

You will support the development of emerging, new and existing voluntary organisations and community groups to establish, improve sustainability and demonstrate the impact of the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector and volunteering within communities across Warwickshire.

The successful candidate should have experience of managing staff, maintaining high quality data and producing monitoring reports. Also developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners including VCOs, diverse communities, statutory agencies and businesses.

Ability to work within, support and manage a team of highly experienced staff and ensure good practice in the management of volunteers in accordance with the values and ethos of CAVA and able to work independently with limited supervision is essential for this role.
