The Big Conversation 2023 will provide further opportunity to explore how, collaboratively, we can create the conditions for thriving and sustainable community action. The event will bring together partners large and small from across the sectors to discuss how to involve communities in decision making, how to work alongside communities to take practical action, and how to enable communities to lead. There will be links to the innovative work taking place to level-up our communities, and reference to an important new funding stream focusing on levelling-up priority areas.

As the previous Big Conversations have been, the 2023 event is aimed at anyone with an interest in thriving and sustainable communities, including public sector organisations, VCSE sector groups, town and parish councils, businesses, umbrella organisations, neighbourhood groups and networks, and faith groups.

We’re pleased to again be supported in organising and running the event by our colleagues from New Local and we’ll be announcing the event programme and registration details in the coming weeks.
